This notice applies to the product information website at itmakes.com and your communications with the ITMAKES team through service@itmakes.com. The website runs separately from product workspaces and provides no social account authorization, video upload or customer conversation processing entry point. When using a separate product service, also read its privacy notice and authorization information.
2. Information we process
To deliver pages, maintain network connections and protect access, systems providing website infrastructure may process necessary request information such as IP addresses, request times, paths, browser and device details. When you email us, we process the email address, name or preferred form of address, message and attachments you choose to provide. Please share only information relevant to the conversation, and do not send passwords, platform secrets, identity documents or customer information you are not authorized to share.
3. Purposes and necessity
Request information is used for page delivery, troubleshooting and access security. Email information is used to respond to questions, discuss cooperation and handle privacy or terms requests. We use information within the scope needed for these purposes. We do not use your email content for advertising profiles or sell your personal information. Product interface images contain no actual customers’ personal information.

This website has no analytics or tracking scripts. It does not actively set cookies or other persistent browser storage, or use cross-site advertising tracking. Browser caching and your email application are managed by their respective software. If the website’s processing changes, we will update this notice and provide relevant choices where required.

Hosting, network delivery and email infrastructure may be provided by service providers whose processing should be limited to what is needed for their services. Relevant information is shared only for necessary service support, applicable legal obligations or with your authorization. Email links open your own email application. External platforms apply their own privacy rules to their independent processing. Displaying a platform name does not give this website access to your account.

Retention is determined by whether an inquiry has been resolved, whether follow-up is needed, security purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Information is kept only within the necessary scope and period. Information no longer needed should be deleted or de-identified. You may also ask to stop further communications. To protect information, we may verify your relationship to a request and handle it under applicable requirements. This notice is updated as website features and actual processing change. The update date appears on this page. Material changes in purpose or scope will receive appropriate notice. Processing requiring additional authorization will not be enabled merely by updating this notice.
